Appointments
Our aim is to help you achieve a state of
health and well-being. HealthFirst's medical staff works together to develop a plan of care
that meets your unique health needs. Our nurse case manager asks that you keep
your scheduled visits with us to make the most of your health care plan.
Follow-up visits to your physician, nutritionist or social worker ensure that
you're getting the proper care to improve and protect your health. Same Day Appointments for Illness
To speed your care when you are sick, call us
immediately at 508-679-8111. Our registration or nursing staff will
quickly arrange for you to come in and see the doctor. HealthFirst offers 24-hour physician telephone coverage to
accommodate our patients. Because your doctor is at HealthFirst, we encourage you to seek care here, rather than
the Emergency Room unless it is an actual emergency.
